Third-Party Software & Integration
Most businesses own great tools that don’t talk to each other, so people become the glue: copying, pasting and chasing. I wire your systems together and automate the busywork, so the work runs itself and your team does the thinking.
Where I come in
- Choosing the right tools. Picking software that fits the job and connects to the rest, before you’re locked into the wrong thing.
- API integrations. Getting your systems to exchange data cleanly, so nothing has to be re-keyed by hand.
- Payments and direct debit. Recurring billing and collections wired in properly, so the money side runs on rails.
- CRM and automation. Your customer and sales data connected and flowing, with the repetitive steps handled automatically.
- External data feeds. Pulling in and syncing outside data sources so your product and team work from live information.
- Killing manual admin. Finding the copy-paste tasks eating your week and automating them out of existence.
How I work
In building my own platform I integrated recurring payment and direct-debit collection, external national-standard and awarding-body data feeds, verification and a good deal of automation: the plumbing that turns a set of tools into a system. That’s the same work I do for clients: connect what you have, automate what’s repetitive, and remove the manual steps that quietly cost you hours and errors.
It works with most mainstream software that offers an API, and it usually pays for itself in reclaimed time and fewer mistakes.
Common questions
Which platforms and tools can you integrate?
Most mainstream SaaS with a decent API: payment providers, CRMs, email and marketing tools, spreadsheets and databases, and many industry-specific systems. If it can talk, it can usually be connected.
Can you automate a manual process we do by hand?
Usually, yes. If it’s repetitive and rule-based, there’s often a way to automate most of it, freeing your team for the judgement calls that actually need a person.
Is this secure and reliable?
It has to be, especially where payments and personal data are involved. Integrations are built with sensible error handling and the right safeguards, not held together with hope.
