Sales & Lead Generation
Leads are only useful if they close. I help you find the right people, reach them with something worth answering, and run a sales process that turns conversations into contracts, and one-off buyers into recurring ones.
Where I come in
- Knowing who to chase. A sharp definition of your best-fit client, so effort goes where it actually converts.
- Outbound that lands. Outreach and sequences people reply to, instead of the templated noise everyone deletes.
- Funnel design. A clear path from first contact to signed, with the leaks found and plugged.
- Proposals and collateral. The documents that win the deal, written to be signed rather than filed.
- Closing. A sales process and the nerve to run it, so good conversations don’t quietly go cold.
- Recurring revenue. Converting one-off buyers onto contracted, repeating relationships that build real value.
How I work
I’ve built lead generation and conversion for a business that sells to organisations and professional bodies, run outreach into institutions, and moved a client base onto contracted, recurring agreements, the shift that quietly doubles what a company is worth. So this isn’t theory pulled from a course; it’s what I’ve done to hit real numbers.
I’ll set up the targeting, the sequences and the tools (CRM, tracking, follow-up), and I’ll help you run the actual sales conversations, because a pipeline nobody works is just a spreadsheet.
Common questions
B2B or B2C?
Strongest in B2B and considered purchases, where relationships, proposals and a real sales process decide the outcome. That’s the terrain I’ve operated in.
Do you set up the tools, or just advise?
Set them up. CRM, outreach sequences, tracking and a follow-up system, configured so the process runs even on a busy week, not just when someone remembers.
Can you help convert one-off clients to recurring revenue?
Yes, and it’s often the highest-value thing I do. Restructuring the offer and contracts so clients stay and pay on a repeating basis changes both cash flow and company value.
